Jesse is an American on the run in Cologne, Germany. His life is turned upside down when a beautiful social worker shows up at his door with five rescued children and begging for help. But the police are not far behind her, nor are the thugs sent to retrieve the children. The only way to hide them is by sinking into the German underground of refugees and criminals. Once free of police Jesse wants to shake loose of the children, but quickly learns these are not innocent kids, but rather clever little pickpockets raised on the streets of Mogadishu.
